Work culture is a set of behavioral patterns that are inherent as a whole to each individual in an organization. This research aims to find out and examine the existence of organizational worl culture and employee work motivation at the Sumatera II Medan River Region Hall. Work motivation for employees is very important, because employees can produce the quality and quantity of their work. The data carried out in the study is secondary data. The method of data collection carried out by the author in this study is the collection of library research data and interviews using descriptive analysis. Based on the result of the analysis obtained that organizational work culture in increasing employee motivation has a great sense of responsibility so that they can become effective groups.Thus, the company will more quickly achieve the desired goals.
