Analisis Pemeliharaan Berkala Dengan Kinerja Generator Set 670 kVA dan 530 kVA di PT. Ramayana Sentosa Pematang Siantar

Abstract

1. Ramayana Sentosa Pematang Siantar is one of the largest shopping centers in North Sumatra, especially in Pematang Siantar City which has been operating since 1974. PT. Ramayana has a generator set (genset) which must always be ready to be a backup power supply in the event of a power failure from the State Electricity Company (PLN). Due to the importance of backup power supply facilities, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of generator sets (generators) by conducting periodic maintenance analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly and even annual basis to increase the reliability and availability of generator sets (generators) for operational readiness at PT. Ramayana Sentosa. To get the reliability and availability values, it is done by calculating: Specified Operating Time (SOT), Actual Operating Time (AOT), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Realibility and Availability. After doing the calculations, the average level of reliability and availability from generator sets (gensets 1 and 2. The average level of reliability on generator set (genset) 1 in May 2020 - April 2021 is 97.95%, and for the average level – the average reliability of generator set (genset) 2 in May 2020 – April 2021 is 99.27%. While the average level of availability of generator set (genset) 1 in May 2020 – April 2021 is 98.30%, for an average – the average level of availability for generator set (genset) 2 in May 2020 - April 2021 is 98, 37%.
