HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DIVISI SARANA PADA PT KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) DIVRE 1 MEDAN

Abstract

This research is entitled Communication Relationship to Employee Performance of PT KAI (Persero) Divre 1 Medan. This study aims to determine how much influence the communication relationship with employee performance at PT KAI (Persero) Divre 1 Medan. Communication relationship is the sending and receiving of messages or news from two or more individuals so that the message being reported can be understood by the interlocutor. With a good communication relationship on the performance of employees in the company, the desires and shared goals are expected to be achieved and perfect. In completing the results and discussion, the author made a questionnaire to the respondents to strengthen the data in the collection with observation techniques and literature study. This study shows the communication relationship has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Facilities Division at PT KAI (Persero) Divre 1 Medan. If the communication relationship does not go well, the employee's performance will decrease.
